Whether you have worked in organizational change at 1 year or 10, this course brings new techniques to cope with market disruptions, create innovation, and increase the flexibility and resilience of the company. It develops understanding and skills in change leadership techniques to be leveraged by Organizational Leaders, Change-Agents, Scrum Masters, Product Owners in a variety of large-scale contexts.

Day 1.

Day 2.

The five types of change, impact and behavior, types of innovation, change in traditional companies and best practices, enterprise agility and relationship with organizational Health.

Day 3.

How the Brain works during change, identifying powerful tactics in teams with diverse roles, neuroscience of change applied to people with high resistance, useful strategies for teams.

Day 4.

Enterprise Social Systems applied to large-scale change, mental agility and techniques for working with teams and executives.

Day 5.

Different types of agility and powerful strategies to be used, measuring organizational agility, learning and using enablers.

Day 6.

Q&A about different situations (one hour).
EXAM for the certification (1 hour).
